Founded by two Malibu families, Pritchett-Rapf & Associates is exclusively dedicated to the beautiful coastline, interior and mountains of Malibu and Topanga Canyon although some of our agents also cover the surrounding areas of Malibu including Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, West LA and more.

Our Philosophy:

With the rise of national real estate conglomerates, the independent, friendly, local real estate company is a rarity.  We do not believe in the bigger is better philosophy and, instead, have concentrated on specializing in the communities we know best:  Malibu and Topanga.  (In Katherine’s case this also includes, Marina del Rey to Malibu and other surrounding areas)
